Artprize Part Three

The tour continues!
The next photo shows a sculpture that looks like it might be driftwood if you see it from a distance, but is actually strips of tin that have been allowed to rust. This guy could be a wizard, or one of the seven dwarves. That’s what was so great about Artprize–kids were everywhere, soaking in the art with their imaginations as their guides, and they loved it.

The  ball below was metal and looked like a round reverse puzzle. Very cool!

There were several paintings hung in various locations. This one really caught my eye (no pun intended!).

The Eyes Have It

This next picture was incredible. A self-portrait, it was made of  bottle caps, each of which was covered with miniature pictures of the artist’s children. An amazing piece.
